Endermologie® Body
Lymphatic Massage | Post-Lipo Massage | Post-Brazilian Butt Lift Massage
Endermologie Body lymphatic treatment is our most popular treatment. This treatment is a powerful way to boost your lymphatic drainage and circulation. The is a 100% natural, non-invasive, non-aggressive, mechanical skin stimulation technique that targets the cells' processes. At Holistique, we do Endermologie of the body, typically for post-surgical recovery to increase circulation and lymphatic flow, break up scar tissue and increase collagen and elastin in the skin. After any type of liposuction, Endermologie is a great post-operative treatment for many reasons. Endermologie increases your circulation and lymphatic flow with every treatment so your recovery is much quicker. Another great benefit is the massage itself helps to reduce the possibility of contour irregularities (lumps or bumps) that may occur after liposuction. It is recommended to start treatments 2-3 weeks after liposuction and receive two weekly treatments. A total of 12-24 treatments might be needed to achieve optimal results and maximize the outcome after liposuction. Most patients feel and notice a difference almost immediately. Always check with your surgeon for their recommendation first

Energy Healing
Our energy medicine sessions include a variety of healing modalities to connect you with your higher self and raise the frequency of your energetic field. In these sessions, your practitioner will work with you to clear blockages and align the body's chakras and energy field with your higher self. Each session typically includes a consultation, energy & chakra assessment, guided meditation with reiki, aromatherapy, and sound healing. A variety of essential oils and plants, such as sage and palo santo, will be used to help guide the healing process.

Plant Medicine
Plants, just like us humans, heal themselves and that is why they are here. We work with a variety of herbs, plants, fungi, and trees to heal the body. This is not an overnight healing process, but a process to incorporate plants into your life and to heal you at a cellular level. These sessions are completely curated to each client's needings. An energy healing session is required before this session.

Holistic Health Coaching
Spiritual Life Coaching can help you shift gears from being a victim to taking responsibility for your life. Many times it takes an outside perspective to see the bigger picture and to assist you with shifting your vibration and frequency from fear to love. Working closely with someone who has gone through similar traumas and has learned how to transmute the pain into victory and joy can be very supportive for you. These sessions can help you draw your focus away from any negativity or judgments surrounding you so that you can take charge and focus on the positive. This type of work may be beneficial for you if have lost somebody you love, you might be going through a breakup or divorce, or you may be experiencing any type of crisis. You may not feel comfortable talking to friends and family members about your problems due to a fear of judgment and ridicule, or perhaps what you are experiencing is too private and personal to share with the people in your life. Overcoming emotional trauma on a spiritual level can be very therapeutic and healing. These sessions work best starting with an 8-week program.
